The hotel was absolutely amazing, surpassed all our expectations, with stunning pools and beach, incredible food, particularly breakfast, and immaculate. The adult pool and bar were fantastic, with efficient and friendly service that truly impressed us, and the unexpected surprises like a delicious anniversary cake added a special touch to our experience. The only downside was the occasional lapse in attention from the food & beverage staff, but overall, it didn't detract from the wonderful time we had. 🌴

What a fantastic stay at this hotel on Palm Jumeirah! the location was perfect, just a short walk to Nakheel Mall and surrounded by great dining options. the staff here were top-notch - welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning sea view. the pools and beach were superb, and the breakfast was out of this world! the staff were always ready to help with a smile. I felt like a VIP throughout my stay!

While my experience was fantastic overall, one thing that could be improved is the rate transparency. It would be great if the hotel could communicate any changes in rates more clearly to guests.

The hotel offers five vibrant F & B destinations, and let me tell you, my taste buds were on an exotic adventure! The colorful mix of fruit, vegetables, and gluten-free grains on offer made every meal a feast for the senses. It was like a carnival for my palate!

Breakfast was not Eastern type.

We were just a short walk away from Jumeirah beach and Aquaventure Waterpark, making it super convenient for our beach days and thrill-seeking adventures. Plus, the hotel's modern design and fantastic pool area were the perfect backdrop for our Insta pics!

We wished there were more vibrant nightlife options near the hotel to keep the party going after a fun day out.

The outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre were fantastic amenities, and the complimentary full breakfasts were a delightful start to each day.

I chose Andaz for its proximity to Palm Jumeirah, and I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant F & B options. The Locale and The Andaz Lounge were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor swimming pool was a delightful way to relax after a day of exploring.

Overpriced for its offerings.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. the room was spacious and luxurious, with exclusive amenities like a spa and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool was huge, with sun loungers and beach access. the restaurant had a variety of tasty dishes, including halal food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. the private facilities made our stay even more special. the location was ideal, with easy access to a picnic area/tables and an outdoor dining area, as well as leisure and TV rooms.

The only minor issue we experienced was the seagulls in the pool. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The hotel is located at a great spot with a mall nearby, which makes it very convenient for travelers. guests can easily access the beach and a common pool, and enjoy a huge selection of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Rooms are clean and spacious with friendly staff available round the clock.

Some guests faced minor issues during their stay, such as an awkward check-in experience, faulty temperature checking devices, and key card malfunctions. But the hotel staff made up for these with polite understanding and a late check-out offer.

We were impressed by the modern and stylish design of Andaz. Although our first room lacked cleanliness, the staff promptly upgraded us to a better room. We enjoyed the charming view of the bay from the pool on the 14th floor. The breakfast had good variety and the personnel were very friendly. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decor was simply delightful and felt fresh and welcoming. The spaces were easy to navigate, and there were plenty of seating areas for us senior folks to rest and take in the beautiful surroundings.

More assistance for senior guests would be greatly appreciated.

Exploring The Palm was a riot! Aquariums as far as eyes can see, and a pool party to rival all others. My room was a kaleidoscope of quirky design. The spa was my personal haven, and those double sinks in the bathroom - a game-changer! Such a tease not to have that glass bottom though. But hey, plenty to keep me entertained. Not a bad spot for a 31-year-old urban planner with a love for sustainable living and heritage beauty. Where to next? Hmm.maybe Oman?

the private facilities were exclusive and provided an elegant atmosphere for relaxation. the room advantages were exceptional, and we found ourselves indulging in the plush bedding and modern technology. the Bar/Lounge area was delightful, offering an extensive selection of drinks and snacks, all crafted with the highest quality ingredients.

The only minor issue we experienced was the service. We found that the staff was sometimes slow to respond to our needs;

I keep coming back for the helpful staff and perfect amenities. Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, 24-hour room service, and more suit my needs. I remember them helping with my heavy baggage. It's a romantic escape with no regrets.

Let's talk about the scrumptious local feasts at Arjee Bhajee and Ibn Albahr-pure Dubai magic on a plate! Plus, the staff's warmth and comfy rooms added a sprinkle of charm to our stay.

Water went on a mysterious vacation one night, leaving our bathroom high and dry—a temporary shower upgrade didn't quite cut it. But hey, the TV played hard to get, and cleaners had a curious habit of mistaking our belongings for trash.

The bathrooms were so spacious and elegant, with smooth grey travertine walls and cool marble floors. The walk-in showers were a dream after a long day of meetings, and the deep tub was a perfect way to unwind.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly at times.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and we were impressed by the staff's kindness and willingness to help. Our clean, well-appointed room was comfortable and modern. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a huge variety of delicious choices. The hotel is located by the beach on the Palm and is close to many attractions, restaurants in Marina, Madinat, and a mall.

During my business trip to Dubai, I had the opportunity to stay at Andaz By Hyatt - Palm Jumeirah, a stunning property chosen by our director. The accommodation is top-notch, with a range of amazing facilities to enhance the overall experience. The Ora spa at Andaz has truly impressed me with its own alfresco relaxation space and en-suite treatment rooms. I had the pleasure of visiting the spa and indulging in their luxurious massages, body treatments, and facials, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. Additionally, the hotel's recreational facilities, including the adults-only Cabana Pool on the 14th floor, provided a serene and relaxing escape from the bustling city. The four unique restaurant concepts, free private parking, the 300-meter private beach, and the outdoor swimming pool were fantastic additions to my stay, making it a truly memorable experience.

Rooms are beautiful and different but considering the price, the room size seem to be small.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides 4 meeting rooms available for events. The staff were super-helpful and friendly, the included breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were exceptional. Having 2 pools and a beach was a great feature, and the food at the on-site restaurants was brilliant. Honestly, could not fault the hotel during my 3-night stay and highly recommend it.

Our stay was just a few steps away from the stunning Jumeirah beach, Aquaventure water park, Dubai Marina mall, and The Walk, making it convenient and enjoyable for the whole family.

My wife says that the room for 2 adults + 2 kids was a bit cramped; we wished for more spacious family accommodations.

The breakfast at Andaz By Hyatt - Palm Jumeirah was amazing, with a great selection and a delicious salad bar. The facilities, including the spa and swimming pool at the top, were fantastic. The early morning swim was a highlight. The bed was extra comfy and the clean and large bedroom made for a comfortable stay. The personnel were exceptional, always ready to assist and answer our needs. We would definitely come back for future travel needs.
